Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery, available on orders placed before 12 PM.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping: £5.99 for orders under £50. Free for orders over £50.
- Express Shipping: £12.99 flat rate.
- Overnight Shipping: £24.99 flat rate.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 3 PM on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Areas:
- We currently ship to all 50 UK Cities. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
2. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain items, including gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods, are not eligible for return.
Return Process:

- Prepare Your Return: Repack the item in its original packaging. Include the return form provided by our customer service team.
- Ship the Return: Use the prepaid return label provided by our customer service team to ship your return back to us.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item.
